System Administration of all manufacturer systems for VW, Audi, Porsche, Bentley and Lamborghini
Implement and periodically control the access of all SAMACO users to systems based on the agreed accessibility matrix
Ensure periodic analysis and review of backup/restore functions
Develop and as required relevant documentation to support end users in adopting existing or new systems and applications
Conduct training sessions to end users on new or existing systems to ensure optimized adoption by end users
Perform detailed diagnosis of incoming issues, leveraging diagnostic tools and techniques and document incident with their respective resolution
Work with technical support team to identify and resolve more complicated problems
Codify frequent issues into documented or scripted processes
Document required bugfixes, end-user feature improvements, and operations feature improvements
Internet stability and utilization monitoring
Provide first level support to incoming software and application inquiries from Porsche-Malek Rd., Porsche Design-Jeddah and Marine Division, in line with set SLAs
Prepare and distribute computers in Porsche-Malek Rd., Porsche Design-Jeddah and Marine Division

Basic SR7500 Total SR10125
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
Preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or equivalent
Relevant professional certification in IT and in-depth understanding of all aspects of IT practice is preferable
