Job Description

Majors Duties and Responsibilities :

 Respond to inquiries from staff to help them resolve any hardware or platform problems.

 Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.

 Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing any necessary training and advice.

 Maintain a list of suppliers and other subcontractors who may be required to assist in the resolution of technical problems.

 Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in-house.

 Recommend suitable software and hardware systems where these might improve performance.

 Receive and dispatch new equipment.

 Maintain and issue purchase orders.

 Develop and implement any necessary procedures and documentation

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Excellent Computer skills.
