Functional Description 

This position is responsible for the Sales and Marketing activities in all the Porsche Sales and Aftersales  Facilities in order to achieve the Budgeted sales and profit margins for PDDS and T equipment of each  outlet. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities  

• Must be familiar with all the product ranges and offers from PDDS and T equipment from the brand  and manage the overall sales and marketing activities of these items in SAMACO. • Ensure accurate inventory database with up to date Prices and Inventory control.  • Plan, implement and manage POS (including displays, brochures, banners) in line with THE Brand  CI. 
• Select Saudi and SAMACO specific product ranges and in conjunction with GM and other  departmental managers decide on sales and purchase targets for each line / department. • Ensure proper Inventory control and sales processes are implemented and followed by all.  • Report to Management on Sales and Inventory targets and achievements. 
• Design and implement promotions, campaigns and product offers in cooperation with Sales and  Aftersales departments.  
• Mange sales activities of the “shop in shop” concept in new and used car Showrooms as well as  Aftersales facilities.  
• Ensure that sales incentives (commission schemes) are achieving the objectives (motivate sales  staff, drive sales and profit targets) and also manage commission payments in line with approved  schemes.  
• Ensure that end of live products are cleared from stock and new items launched successfully. • Coordinate with Porsche Marketing team on advertising (re social media, Samaco website, events  and displays). 

Education 

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or any related field 

Experience 

• Minimum 1-3 years of related experience.  
• Work experience in Marketing and retail background with suitable qualification • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.  • Good Computer skills
