Diagnostic technician (Senior Technician) - Khobar

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Diagnostic Technician to join our team. As a Diagnostic Technician, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and repair issues with vehicles using specialized diagnostic equipment. You will work closely with other mechanics and technicians to ensure that vehicles are properly diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues with vehicles
• Perform diagnostic tests on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle components
• Inspect vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend repairs
• Perform repairs on vehicles as needed
• Keep accurate records of diagnostic tests and repairs
• Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicles and recommend necessary repairs
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective diagnostic and repair processes
• Stay up to date on the latest diagnostic equipment and techniques

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in automotive technology or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Diagnostic Technician or a similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
