Job Description

  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
  • Contacting customers as required and ensure data is recorded in C@P.
  • Following the campaign procedure.
  • Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
  • Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
  • Create leads and restore on the system.
  • Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Enhance customer profiles with additional information such as hobbies, birth dates, owned cars, …etc.
  • Schedule consultations, explanations or configuration appointments with the Porsche Pro team.
  • Schedule test drives with the Porsche Pro team.
  • Invite prospects and customers to events at the dealership.
  • Provide lead data analysis.
  • Keep abreast of customer trends and moods.
  • Supply customers with accurate information.
  • Develop expert knowledge of our products, systems and processes.
  • Fulfill the potential without disturbing prospects.

Skills

  • Computer literate with the ability to learn or CRM software applications.
  • Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm.
  • One-year experience
  • Strong computer skills, including experience of operating word processing and database packages, email and internet.

Education

High School with 2 years experience or Diploma
