Functional Description
This position is responsible for providing a comprehensive technical training and development service.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop a training and development strategy for the Service Department staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to meet their objectives.
• Undertake regular assessments of training needs.
• Develop training programs to meet identified needs.
• Evaluate all training and development programs provided to ensure effectiveness.
• Maintain an awareness of the developments in the technical training field to ensure that the company continues to take advantage of best practice.
• Organize all the training settings and basic requirements (time, date, room equipment, demonstration material).
• Carry out in-dealership training and monitor learning success.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate training records for all staff.
Note: this job description shall include, but is not necessarily limited to the above duties. May temporarily perform other duties assigned to maintain operations and services.
Reporting Line
This position reports to the Brand National Service Manger.
Skills
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related Technical field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent computer skills.
