Job Description
Majors Duties and Responsibilities :
Respond to inquiries from staff to help them resolve any hardware or platform problems.
Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing any necessary training and advice.
Maintain a list of suppliers and other subcontractors who may be required to assist in the resolution of technical problems.
Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in-house.
Recommend suitable software and hardware systems where these might improve performance.
Receive and dispatch new equipment.
Maintain and issue purchase orders.
Develop and implement any necessary procedures and documentation
Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent Computer skills.
