Job Description

Functional Description:

 

This Position is responsible to coordinate various sales administration activities to meet customers’ requirements.

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Maintain up-to-date information of Cannibalized vehicles and follow up their maintenance.

• Coordinate the repair of new received damaged vehicles with the Service and Parts Departments.

• Coordinate the repair estimates of new received damaged vehicles with the company’s insurance company.

• Coordinate the transportation of new received vehicles kingdom wide.

• Maintain all new received vehicles documents.

• Maintain up-to-date information on all new received vehicles in the system.

• Prepare, coordinate and maintain all new received vehicles registration documents and correspondences.

• Prepare reports on new received damaged vehicles.

 

Note: this job description shall include, but is not necessarily limited to the above duties. May temporarily perform other duties assigned to maintain operations and services.

 

Reporting Line:

 

This position reports to the Sales Administration Manager.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Good Computer skills.

Education

Bachelor Degree or diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
