Functional Description:
To Support corporate compensation & benefits activity including updating the value proposition, leading development of new compensation & incentive schemes, benchmarking company salaries & benefits against the external market, ensuring internal equity, overseeing the updating of job descriptions & job evaluation & ensuring that all compensation decisions in the organization are in line with agreed policies & procedures & support achievement of the company strategic objectives.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Strategy Formulation and Execution
Ensure all relevant compensation & benefits information is available for recruitment purposes including job descriptions, person specifications & job evaluation data.
Ensure all employees (particularly managers) have set objectives, measures & development plans at the start of each year linked to the compensation structure
Implement compensation & benefits policies. Suggest ideas to corporate Comp & Ben for reward & recognition.
Recommendations on organizational compensation policies & procedures, development of new compensation & benefits processes, compensation & benefits budget. Suggestions on use of market survey data.
Financial Management, Reporting and Budgeting
Continuously educate management on the importance of pay for performance.
Prepares audit reports on compensation & benefits for the HR Head by collecting all relevant data & carrying out analyses.
Conducting salary surveys , benefits surveys and setting internal and external compensation benchmarks in the industry and comparing SAMACO compensation structure with external market and benchmarks
Leadership and People Capability Development
Support People Performance by:
Within own role – act as a role model for company ethics & values.
Works closely (day to day) with the members of the Corporate HR team & the Dealership Managers to review compensation & benefits needs & support implementation of processes.
Operational Control and Continuous Improvement
Develop & / or update compensation & benefits policies & procedures by consulting with the relevant parties to gain quality input to the policy development process.

Relationship Management
Support Job Evaluation committees to evaluate job families by coordinating collection of data, preparing for the meetings & making significant contributions to the meetings to ensure all job are evaluated fairly.
Policy Compliance & Standards Implementation
Carry out market surveys of compensation & benefits OR access the relevant surveys after thoroughly reviewing the options in order to ensure senior management are fully aware of compensation trends.
Deliver awareness presentations to employees on compensation & benefits policy by visiting Business Units, presenting key information & answering questions to ensure all employees are aware of SAMACO’s approach to compensation & the links between pay & performance.
Audit the implementation of compensation & benefits policies & procedures at group level by reviewing data from the business units & advising the HR Head on any deviations from group policy to ensure policies are consistently maintained.
Customer Value Delivery and Service Standards
Based in KSA but frequent travel to regional dealerships is required. Main attention to compensation & benefits policies, processes & standards. Visit business units on a regular basis to ensure he is fully aware of business objectives, challenges, plans & compensation & benefits needs. Should meet regularly with key managers & coach & support HR teams in external business units on compensation & benefits processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent computer skills.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related field.
